Tierra Verde Paradise Home : This beautiful home is still under construction, and I have photographed it starting in July of 2006. These photos show some of the progression shots of this amazing piece of art. Signature BUILT is the company that is constructing this home, and also is an innovator as far as Home Building Techniques. First off, the homes are constructed of ICF Foam block, to create the most solid structure you could ask for. These block walls are Wind Rated up to 250mph, and completely Environmentally friendly. The Blocks also are 10 times more Energy Efficient and have a 70% greater sound dampening over conventional block. There are many other products used throughout this building process that work together to create the most Disaster Resistant, Energy Efficient home you could own. Tierra Verde Sands Point Drive with and Incredible View of the Skyway : After seeing the home above, this home owner wanted a house constructed of ICF foam block as well. This home is 3 floors high with a view of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge out the back. The pictures show the progression of this home since beginning construction in January of 2007. There are amazing technologies that I have seen and got to learn about in this construction project, as I have been on scene for quite a bit of this one.
